Hydrate Like a Goddess: My Daily Glow Water for Radiant Skin & Natural Energy

But staying hydrated is one of the simplest - yet most overlooked - ways to nourish your skin, boost your energy, and keep your body glowing from the inside out. That’s why I created my signature Glow Water, an easy daily infusion you can make in minutes.

Drinking infused water helps your body absorb more antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals from fresh herbs and fruits - and it feels like a tiny self-care ritual every time you sip.

Here’s my favorite Daily Glow Water recipe to get you started:

✨ Daily Glow Water Recipe
Ingredients:

  • 1 quart (32 oz) cold filtered water
  • 4-5 fresh cucumber slices
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves
  • 2-3 slices of fresh lemon or lime
  • 3-4 fresh strawberry slices (optional for a touch of sweetness)
  • A pinch of Himalayan pink salt (optional — helps mineral balance)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a large mason jar or glass pitcher.
  2. Stir gently, cover, and let infuse in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours.
  3. Sip throughout the day. Refill with fresh water 1-2 times if you like — the ingredients will keep giving!

Why This Works:
Cucumber cools and hydrates, mint supports digestion, and citrus gives a bright boost of vitamin C. Together they create a refreshing, spa-like drink that makes drinking water feel indulgent.
