Radiance Bowl: A Simple Breakfast for Glowing Skin

Ingredients:

1 cup organic Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy free)

1/2 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 Tbsp raw local honey

2 Tbsp chia seeds

2 Tbsp granola (optional)

Directions:

  1. Scoop the yogurt into your favorite bowl.
  2. Layer fresh berries on top.
  3. Drizzle with raw honey.
  4. Sprinkle chia seeds and granola.
