Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thoughtfully Made. Carefully Packed. Delivered with Love.

At Sage Willow Designs, we take pride in carefully preparing and packaging every order so your handcrafted favorites arrive ready to enjoy.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Because many of our products are handcrafted in small batches, occasional processing delays may occur. If your order requires additional time, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Rates

We are happy to offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $75 or more within the United States.

Standard shipping rates for orders under $75 are displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped, depending on your location and carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, you'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Warm Weather & Handcrafted Products

Some of our products contain natural butters, oils, and waxes that may soften or change texture when exposed to high temperatures.

These natural characteristics do not necessarily affect product quality.

We recommend bringing packages indoors promptly after delivery and storing products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

If your product arrives damaged or unusable, please contact us so we can help make it right.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect and package orders before shipment. If something arrives damaged, is missing, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Photographs of damaged items and packaging may help us resolve the issue more quickly.

We'll work with you toward an appropriate replacement or refund.
